Scott Ready, has served the education industry for 20+ years and has worked for 35+ years in accessibility. Ready’s first language is American Sign Language, and he has been part of the deaf community through his parents, who were former teachers at the Missouri School for the Deaf.

Dr. Irit Opher serves as Head of Research at Verbit, where she specializes in Machine Learning and Speech Recognition. She has over 20 years of experience in Israel's high-tech industry, including algorithm development, speech and speaker recognition and data science. Irit holds a PhD and MSc from Tel Aviv University and has taught many courses in Physics, Mathematics, Neural Networks, Data Mining & Speech Recognition for the past 25 years.
