Introduction & Agentic AI Overview
 Participants leave this hour with a clear mental model of what Agentic AI is, why it's different from everything they've tried before, and why building an Agentic Twin is the most important professional decision they'll make in 2026.

Agentic Twin Build
In this hands-on certification workshop, you'll build your personal Agentic Twin inside Claude Cowork — Anthropic's breakthrough desktop AI agent that doesn't just answer questions, it does the work. Using your Impossible Goal as the foundation, you'll configure your Twin with your identity, your voice, and your priorities, then complete three real missions: a stakeholder strategy, a 90-day sprint plan, and your institutional decision log — all produced autonomously while you watch. You'll connect your Twin to your live tools — Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, and more — so it can operate across your entire professional environment from day one. By 12:30, you won't just understand what an Agentic Twin is. You'll be certified on one.

Agentic Twin Buildout
 This is where the real work happens. With your Agentic Twin certified and live, you now have two uninterrupted hours to build it out into a fully operational system tailored to your world. Guided by facilitators and supported by peers, you'll expand your Twin's capabilities — deepening its knowledge of your business, connecting it to your most important tools and workflows, and running it through the real tasks sitting on your plate right now. This isn't a demo environment or a sandbox exercise. You're working inside your actual files, your actual connectors, and your actual Impossible Goal. By the time this session ends, your Twin won't just exist — it will be running. Facilitators circulate throughout to troubleshoot, push your thinking, and help you unlock capabilities specific to your industry and role. Come with your hardest problems. Leave with a system that's already working on them.

Agentic Twin Demos & Certifications
 The day ends the way it should....with proof. In this final session, participants who wish to can take the stage to demo their Agentic Twin, showing exactly what they built, what it can do, and what's now possible. No slides. No pitches. Just working Agentic AI systems and the humans who built them. And then we cap it all off with the official Agentic Twin Certification Awards.
