Nicole Lowe leads the Emerging Giants program in the UK for KPMG, helping support high-growth and high-potential businesses as they scale through critical stages of development. Emerging Giants is KPMG’s global initiative focused on connecting innovative companies with the resources, networks, and strategic guidance needed to accelerate growth and long-term success.
Nicole works closely with founders, startup leaders, and emerging technology companies to help them navigate the challenges of rapid expansion, commercialization, and market positioning. Ksenia Barton is a Product and Marketing Leader at TikTok with more than 15 years of experience building brands that foster deep community engagement, cultural relevance, and long-term customer loyalty. Her work focuses on helping brands move beyond traditional marketing by creating experiences that invite participation, self-expression, and authentic connection.
Before TikTok, Ksenia held leadership roles at The LEGO Group, where she helped shape purpose-driven brand and community strategies designed to create meaningful impact and sustained consumer engagement. Throughout her career, she has specialized in translating cultural insight into scalable marketing and growth strategies that resonate across global audiences.
In addition to her corporate leadership work, Ksenia is an active contributor to the broader marketing and technology community. She serves as a lead instructor and curriculum advisor at BrainStation, is an invited speaker at UCL Eurasian Business Society, and is the founder and host of the Marketrix podcast. She regularly speaks at major industry events including Social Media Week, The Drum, and Marketing Week, while also supporting greater female representation in technology through Ladies Who Tech.
Today, he leads on Agentic Commerce, helping organisations reimagine how people discover, decide, and buy in a world where AI agents increasingly act on behalf of the consumer. Sophia works at the intersection of banking, technology, and regulation, providing strategic insight into the evolving future of finance, payments, and digital money.
With experience spanning FX options, innovation labs, transaction banking, business strategy, research, and roles within two financial regulatory bodies, Sophia brings a uniquely cross-functional perspective on financial transformation. Since joining Citi’s transaction banking division in 2016, she has been deeply engaged in the fintech ecosystem and the technologies reshaping global financial infrastructure.
In her current role as a thematic analyst at Citi, Sophia translates emerging trends and complex research into actionable intelligence for senior executives, global clients, and industry audiences. Previously, they held the role of Senior Manager in the same department and served as a Manager of Legislative Strategy at BSA | The Software Alliance from 2015 to 2017. Danielle worked as a Legislative Aide for the Office of U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin from 2013 to 2015, managing a broad national security portfolio, and also served in the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs from 2010 to 2013.
Becks Perfect is a broadcaster, media strategist, and global speaker focused on the intersection of technology, communication, and digital innovation.

He is an advocate for workforce development having designed and delivered training curriculum for non-profits to create technology delivery centers in disadvantaged communities.
Keith is a Chartered Management Consultant, has served as the Executive Vice President of the Association for Software Testing and received multiple awards and recognition for his contributions to the software testing profession and diversity in tech.
Terach Franchi is the Founder of Jireh Health, a company focused on expanding access to innovative healthcare solutions, which she launched in September 2024.
Previously, Terach served as Chief of Staff at Carry1st, Africa’s leading mobile games publisher and alternative payments platform for digital goods, where she led strategic and corporate development initiatives.
Prior to that, she invested in early- and growth-stage fintech companies across emerging markets at IFC and Apis Partners. She began her career at Evercore in London, advising on international M&A transactions and public takeover defenses across sectors including African natural resources, aviation, and retail.
Yuval spent twenty years building at the edge of what technology can do for people. Twelve at Google, where he led the company’s largest API platform and launched the first Gemini partnerships; before that at Skype and Microsoft, where he helped pioneer the transparent, evidence-driven culture that defined the Satya Nadella era.
He holds an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London — the science of how humans actually decide — and an MBA from INSEAD. He writes as an optimist with receipts: an operator who has seen, first-hand, what becomes possible when systems are designed to tell the truth.

James Cassidy leads the Data and Digital Regulation Team at KPMG UK Law. A privacy and digital regulation specialist, James advises organizations on compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and a broad range of emerging digital and data laws, including those related to artificial intelligence.
James works with clients across industries on legal obligations, regulatory compliance, ethical considerations, and the commercial and contractual issues associated with the processing of personal data. As the creator of iFormBuilder, Sze revolutionized mobile data collection with an enterprise field service solution trusted by Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Under his leadership, iFormBuilder became one of the first mobile apps to achieve US HIPAA compliance on the Apple App Store and earned Apple’s recognition as one of the “Essential iPhone Apps for Business.” Sze believes that good data is powerful, and his mission is to help businesses secure and leverage their data through flexible, secure solutions.
Prior to founding Zerion Software in 2004, he designed major mobile systems for industry leaders like Sun Microsystems, Nextel Communications, and Shell Oil. With 7 US patents in data and data security, Sze’s contributions have had a lasting impact on the tech industry.
Today, as a venture investor at Zenith Venture Studio, Sze leverages his extensive entrepreneurial experience to support and invest in emerging startups that are poised to transform their industries.
