His background in management consulting, with specialization in Communications and Sports Media industries, fuels the balance delivered between disruption and stability.
Bhairav Mehta is Head of AI & Machine Learning for Consumer & Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase, where he leads the development and deployment of enterprise AI systems across credit decisioning, fraud detection, marketing optimization, and digital banking. His work focuses on delivering production-grade AI in highly regulated environments, balancing innovation with governance, explainability, and measurable business outcomes.
Over the course of his career, Bhairav has delivered more than $600 million in documented business impact across financial services, retail, cloud computing, and consumer technology. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, he led machine learning initiatives at Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple, building large-scale AI systems spanning supply chain optimization, Azure Edge and IoT, and iOS power and battery optimization.
A recognized expert in enterprise AI, Bhairav's experience spans generative AI, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and MLOps. He is passionate about moving AI from experimentation into production to create measurable operational and financial value.
Bhairav holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from George Washington University, an MBA from Cornell University, five graduate degrees across AI, statistics, computer science, and business, and has earned two patents. He has published research at NeurIPS and BayLearn and recently completed Carnegie Mellon University's Graduate Professional Program in Agentic AI.
Susan Sly is an AI entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and recognized thought leader at the forefront of artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation. She is the Founder and CEO of The Pause Technologies and Amsara Health, where she is pioneering the use of AI to help women navigate midlife health challenges and accelerate access to care.
An entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling technology companies, Susan has been actively leading AI ventures since 2018 and previously co-founded and served as Co-CEO of a computer vision company. Dana Haddad is Head of AI Product at Cox Communications, where she built and leads the company's enterprise AI product function from the ground up. Under her leadership, the team has launched more than 26 AI products, established enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, and created a citizen development program that scaled AI building capabilities to hundreds of non-technical employees across the organization.
With a background spanning enterprise product management, AI strategy, and organizational enablement, Dana specializes in making AI practical — closing the gap between what AI can do and what organizations can actually ship, govern, and sustain. She is a sought-after voice on agentic AI deployment, responsible AI governance, and how large enterprises can build cultures of AI fluency beyond the technical team.

Naresh Reddy is a global technology and digital transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions across North America, Europe, and Asia. He has led complex transformation initiatives across healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations, helping enterprises leverage technology to drive operational excellence and business growth.
Naresh brings deep expertise in supply chain, finance, master data management, contract lifecycle management, warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance, combined with a strong technical foundation in cloud architecture, data engineering, AI, Snowflake, and Databricks. Throughout his career, he has led global implementations, migrations, and modernization programs supporting more than 60,000 users worldwide.

Hima Ganga Yarlagadda, M.S. in Management Information Systems, is a Principal AI Scientist at CVS Health specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics. With over 11 years of experience across healthcare, banking, and insurance industries, she has led the development of large-scale AI and data science solutions that have generated significant business value through predictive modeling, fraud detection, workforce optimization, financial forecasting, and intelligent automation.
Throughout her career, Hima has designed and deployed machine learning, deep learning, and large language model (LLM) solutions using technologies such as Python, Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, LangChain, Gemini, and RAG architectures. Her work has delivered measurable outcomes, including multimillion-dollar savings through credit risk modeling, fraud detection, healthcare analytics, and workforce planning initiatives.
Before her current role, Hima served as Principal Data Scientist at Discover Bank and Lead Data Science & Analytics Advisor at CVS Health, where she developed AI-powered applications, conversational agents, and predictive analytics solutions that improved operational efficiency and customer outcomes. She is a Python and SAS Certified Professional with expertise spanning machine learning, natural language processing, cloud computing, and enterprise AI strategy.

Ryan Wang is globally acknowledged as a visionary technology futurist and esteemed business executive, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Frontier Technology sectors. Ryan serves as Managing Partner at Solaris Venture Partners, a San Francisco based private equity firm providing management and advisory services to global capital and corporate clients in the Data Centers and AI Infrastructure, Energy and Robotics sector. Ryan also holds a distinguished position as Co-founder and General Partner of Outpost Capital, a trailblazing cross-border early-stage venture fund established in 2015, with a primary focus on frontier technology investments across the United States and Asia. In 2020, Ryan co-founded Zebra Labs, a music entertainment company creating new IPs and content with cutting edge technology in metaverse and AI. With over a decade of active engagement in the tech sphere, Ryan has forged significant collaborations with industry giants and fortune 500 companies and governments, serving in capacities such as advisor, consultant, or partner.
